Using our 5", 7", and 9" extrusion presses, we produce aluminum profiles in various alloys and sizes, up to 12 meters in length. All dimensions are carefully controlled in accordance with EN 755 and EN 12020 standards.

6005, 6013, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6463, 6082, 6951 alloy billets are produced in 90mm, 127mm, 152mm, 178mm, 203mm and 228mm  diameters in our billet casting plant with an annual production capacity of 40.000 tons.

Our anodizing facility produces matte, bright, and colored finishes on aluminum profiles up to 7.5 meters, tailored to customer needs. Surface effects such as polishing, satin brushing, and Scotch brushing are applied before anodizing.

Our electrostatic powder coating facility applies RAL and custom colors to aluminum profiles up to 11 meters. All processes comply with RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
